Car Seat Gemach
Your kids outgrew a car seat, and someone down the block needs exactly that one. Post it here and they'll come pick it up. Nothing is for sale on this page — a gemach is give and take, and it stays that way.
KarShuk is a free community board. We do not inspect, test, verify, or vouch for any car seat listed here, and we take no responsibility for any item passed along through the Gemach. Both the giver and the receiver are fully responsible for their own due diligence — inspect the seat in person, confirm it suits your child and vehicle, and check the manufacturer's guidance before use.

What is a gemach?
A gemach (Hebrew: גמ״ח, short for gemilut chasadim, “acts of loving kindness”) is a free community service where people lend or give away things their neighbors need. Gemachs are a long-standing institution in Lakewood and other Orthodox Jewish communities — there are gemachs for everything from wedding gowns to medical equipment.
This one is for child car seats. A family whose kids have outgrown a seat posts it here, and a family who needs it takes it. Nothing is for sale, and nothing ever costs anything.
